But have you ever wondered where your school ranks in comparison to colleges and universities across the country? For students at one Boston-area university, they can relax knowing their school reigns supreme, according to a survey from Niche.
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) took the number one spot on Niche's 2023 Best Colleges in America. The list gives each school a letter grade that is generated "using dozen of public data sets and millions of reviews," Niche said. MIT walked away with an A+.
"MIT is every bit as amazing as you've heard," one student review reads. "Opportunities afforded MIT students would be unimaginable for students at most schools."
"I was finally able to satisfy my love for learning here," another student wrote. "Truly an amazing and unique school!"

The only other Massachusetts school to appear on the Best Colleges list include Harvard University (3),
